From trainee to team member…
Federica Tartaglia joined the Sylva Nova team in spring 2023 as an Erasmus student.
With a Master’s degree in Forestry and Environmental Sciences from the Italian University of Padua, she quickly found her place in the team, particularly with our European partners. Curious, smiling, enthusiastic and rigorous, she now technically manages reforestation and temperate forest landscape restoration projects, both from our offices and in the field of course.
Federica also brings a bit of Italy to our company, which is not to our displeasure!
